Restrictions - From 8 years and up – to as old as you like!
Weight restriction of 18 stone.

Clothing Required - All safety equipment is supplied. We provide the wetsuits but you will need to provide a pair of trainers you can get wet or a pair of wet-boots, swimwear, thermals in cold weather (not cotton) - and don’t forget your towel!

Meal Arrangements - Refreshments are available from our riverside café.

Other Information - The site is a short drive from the Activity Centre so you will need your own transport.
