Employment Opportunity

We are looking for an individual to work in our Customer Support department to liaise directly with our clients and offer support, training and site set up services. The role will include, but not be limited to:

Front line support
o Dealing with customer support enquiries
o Dealing with ISP related problems
o Dealing with Technical dept. to brainstorm/solve problems
o Dealing with credit card payment gateway partner

o Setting up new suppliers
o Existing supplier on-going setup
o Dealing with ISP re: domains and email
o Dealing with credit card payment gateway partner
o Web design setup

o On-site training for new suppliers
o On-site training for existing suppliers
o Over the phone training in conjunction with support issues

You should ideally have a web design background and be proficient with HTML and style sheets. You should possess good communication skills and be able to work within a team and independently adhereing to deadlines.

The role will be based at our Borehamwood, Herts. offices and is a full-time position.
